Just picked up my snickers cake from carlitos. After having the snickers cupcake it was so good I decided that I wanted a cake size version of that cupcake. I called in the order 2 days later I have this delicious cake. I highly recommend them they also have delicious sandwiches and other cupcakes and cheesecakes that are on sale weekly. 5 Stars
It's family owned and operated. Everything is fresh, from the breakfast sandwiches, to the custom cakes. I would highly recommend this bakery to anyone that wants a quick bite to eat or a custom cake..

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and it did not disappoint! Spanish bread is my new favorite! egg, cheese and bacon YUM
I discovered Carlitos on a work trip, now whenever I'm in the area, I HAVE to stop by, the family that runs this place are wicked friendly, quick to serve, and don't skip a beat on making you fresh product, absolutely worth the drive, everytime
We ordered a dinosaur cake for my son's 5th birthday for a small party and I wish we had more people because that cake should have been seen and displayed by more people. It was just beautiful and honestly one of the best cakes we have ever eaten. It was fresh, and delicious. And the bakery staff were just wonderful. I typically do not write recommendations but even my husband said we have to. Thank you Carlitos for putting a smile on my son's face and making his Birthday special.
My Mom stopped in today. She purchased me a pistachio & ricotta dessert. It was OUT OF THIS WORLD. One of the best desserts I've ever had. Our mini cannoli's were delicious and the bread she purchased is fresh and tastes so good. Highly recommend this Bakery. I will be stopping in tomorrow to try their breakfast sandwich!
